Keith Robinson is ICOG's president and a former bureau chief for The Associated Press in Indianapolis. He is a founding board member of the Indiana Debate Commission. Before coming to Indiana, he was AP bureau chief for Connecticut for two years and served on that state's FOI council. Robinson entered the AP in 1984 in Columbus, Ohio, where he became night supervisor, news editor and then assistant bureau chief. Steve Key is an ICOG board member and general counsel for the Hoosier State Press Association, an organization serving approximately 175 paid-subscription newspapers in Indiana. The HSPA offers advice on legal questions and lobbies the Legislature for better access laws.
