Fort Wayne paper explores access issues for Sunshine Week PDF Print E-mail
The Journal Gazette of Fort Wayne devoted a healthy amount of ink to Sunshine Week 2010 with a package of stories exploring access issues in Indiana. ICOG officers, incidentally, did a fair bit of talking to reporters from the paper seeking expert comment for their stories.

How does Indiana rate in terms of public access? Reporter Dan Stockman's article suggests the state gets a failing grade, partly because of the lack of enforcement of violations.

Reporter Angela Mapes Turner also considered the issue of enforcement in a story about the Public Access Counselor's office.

Reporter Jeff Wiehe explores the difficulty in getting access to police and fire records.
