Meet your new Indiana Public Access Counselor

Governor Mitch Daniels has appointed Indianapolis attorney Andrew J. Kossack to the post of Indiana Public Access Counselor. Kossack replaces Heather Willis Neal, who resigned last month to take a position with the office of the Superintendent of Public Education.
