The FOIA Blog is a clearinghouse for all things FOIA—and we do mean all things.but The author is Scott Hodes, a FOIA attorney since 1991 who realized there was no outlet for just FOIA material. This informative blog fills that void. The FOIA blog has information on federal disclosure laws (FOIA and Privacy Act) and state disclosure laws (all the states have themthey all have different names) as well as anything that is interesting or newsworthy on access trends.

Hodes, by the way, is an Indiana University graduate. He practices law in the D.C. area and has more than a decade of experience in federal agencies, including Department of Labor, Department of Justice and the FBI.
