Earlier this week, the Indiana Public Access Counselor ruled that there should be some sort of official record of a March 18 phone meeting between county officials and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management officials.

Public Access Counselor Luke H. Britt stated in his written opinion, “Minutes should exist from the March 18, 2020, meeting of the Cass County Redevelopment Commission, the Cass County Council and the Cass County Board of Commissioners.”
